Brian Alexander is ambitious yet selfless, young yet deeply experienced. He’s a guy you want on your team.

Brian is a remarkable REALTOR®. At just 22 years of age, he was the youngest person ever to get an Associate Broker’s license in the state of Maryland, but that didn’t earn him special treatment. When he first joined the group, he worked strictly with renters. “It was a very ‘throw-you-into-the-fire’ type of experience,” Brian says, “but it’s the best way for a new agent to learn.”

Now, Brian works on the marketing side of the business, as the VP of Marketing & IT, where he utilizes his education and expertise to bring the group into the 21st century and beyond. While settling differences of opinion and keeping track of so many details can make the job tough, Brian knows what it’s all for. “We all have a say in who joins the group; we see it as a family. And aside from what I personally want to accomplish, that’s my motivation - I want them to be successful. I want them to be happy.”

When he’s not on the clock, Brian loves playing with his 4-year-old St. Berdoodle, Newton Barnabas. “He’s got the demeanor of a St. Bernard, the energy of a poodle, and he looks like a bear,” Brian says.
